THE LAB IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR ABOVE AKIBA GALLERIES. FIND THE MINT GREEN STAIRS OUTSIDE :)

OUR NATURAL LIGHT PHOTO + EVENT STUDIO IS DIVIDED INTO TWO DIFFERENT SPACES THE LAB AND THE EXTENSION.

  • THE LAB IS $150/HR — 2 HOUR MINIMUM

  • THE EXTENSION IS $250/HR — 2 HOUR MINIMUM
    — CYC WALL IS A $60 ADD ON (NOT INCLUDED IN HOURLY RATE)

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • BOUDOIR PHOTOSHOOTS ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER, ONLY LIMITED TO THE EXTENSION — THAT IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN ACCOMMODATE FULL PRIVACY TO ENSURE A COMFORTABLE GUEST EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE.

  • VIDEO RECORDING — IS BEST TO BE DONE INSIDE THE EXTENSION FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF DISTRACTION AND FOOT TRAFFIC. IF YOU ARE FILMING A VIDEO THAT REQUIRES SILENCE, BC YOU ARE DIRECTLY CHATTING TO THE CAMERA, CONSIDER BOOKING BOTH STUDIOS SO YOU CAN ENSURE SILENCE.

  • IF YOU ARE DOING A PROJECT THAT REQUIRES LIMITED FOOT TRAFFIC AND PRIVACY • THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE INSIDE THE EXTENSION.

  • THE ONLY ENTRANCE INTO THE STUDIO IS UP THE STAIRS • WE ARE NOT YET WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE AND ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON A SOLUTION TOWARDS THIS GOAL. WE TRULY APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

  • ANY LOAD-IN, SET-UP, GLAM, AND BREAKDOWN MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN YOUR BOOKING WINDOW.

    • FOR EXAMPLE, LET'S SAY YOU HAVE A PRODUCTION THAT WILL TAKE 2 HOURS TO SHOOT, BUT YOU ALSO HAVE AN INTRICATE SET DESIGN TO ACCOMPLISH.

      IN ORDER TO ALLOCATE ENOUGH TIME FOR SET UP AND BREAK DOWN, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD AN EXTRA HOUR TO YOUR RESERVATION.
      - 1 HOUR TO SET UP AND BREAKDOWN
      - 2 HOURS TO SHOOT
      - 3 HOURS BOOKED

  • FOR PRODUCTIONS WITH 4 PEOPLE OR MORE (PHOTOGRAPHER, MODEL, ASSISTANT, ETC)
    WE REQUIRE AN EXTRA FEE OF $75.00+ FOR A SANITATION/CLEANING FEE.
    PRICE DEPENDS ON SIZE OF GATHERING. OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
